Refund and Returns Policy

At Kahuha eTech Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Period

Customers may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Condition of Items

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

• Be in the same condition as when purchased
• Be unused and undamaged
• Include all original packaging, accessories, and receipts where applicable

Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not qualify for exchange.

3. Processing Time

All approved exchanges are processed within 1 to 10 business days after the item has been received and inspected.

4. Exchange Only Policy

We do not offer money refunds.
Eligible returns will only be accepted for:

• Item exchange
• Replacement with another product of equal value or agreed adjustment

5. Return Shipping / Delivery

The customer is responsible for all return shipping or transportation costs. Customers may:

• Send the item back at their own cost, or
• Drop off the item directly at our store location
