6. Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 30 days from the date the customer receives the order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase where applicable.
Items that are damaged, altered, missing parts, or otherwise not in the required condition may not qualify for an exchange.
We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns are handled through item exchange or replacement, subject to availability and applicable conditions.
