We offer Pay on Delivery for approved delivery methods within selected locations.
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation where upfront payment is required.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated between 1 to 5 business days depending on the courier service selected.
Customers must confirm their preferred shipping method when making an order.
Mimiguard Systems is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.
Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
We do not offer cash refunds; only item exchanges are allowed.
Return shipping or transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.
